By accessing and using CryptoExchange, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. KYC Verification

All users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before trading. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID, selfie, and address proof. We reserve the right to reject KYC applications.

4. Trading Rules

All trades are subject to current market prices set by our admin team. Prices are set in INR and may change at any time. We are not responsible for losses due to price changes.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity. We will report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

6. Liability

CryptoExchange is not liable for any losses arising from trading activities, technical failures, or third-party actions. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in suspicious activities, or provide false information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of jurisdiction in India.
