How long does it take to receive crypto after payment?
After you submit your payment screenshot, admin typically verifies within 15–30 minutes during business hours. You will receive an email notification once your crypto is credited.
What KYC documents are required?
You need to upload a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License), a selfie holding the ID, and an address proof document.
What payment methods are accepted for buying crypto?
We accept UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.) and bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS).
How do I sell crypto and receive INR?
Select Sell Crypto, enter amount, send crypto to our wallet address, submit the transaction hash. After on-chain verification by admin, INR is sent to your registered bank account or UPI within 1 hour.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, all data is encrypted and stored securely. KYC documents are only accessible to authorized admin. We comply with Indian data protection laws.
What is the minimum and maximum order amount?
Minimum buy order is ₹100. Maximum limits depend on your KYC tier. Contact support for higher limits.
What happens if my payment is rejected?
If payment is rejected, you will receive an email with the reason. Common reasons include unclear screenshot, wrong amount, or payment not received. You can resubmit or contact support.
